Generative AI is reshaping knowledge management by automating information discovery, generating new insights, and enhancing efficiency. As organisations advance towards deeper integration, our conference will focus on execution challenges to unlock more effective applications and drive innovation.

Leading experts and practitioners from across industries will gather to explore how generative AI technologies enable precise knowledge generation, while also highlighting practical issues such as scalability, system integration, and user adoption. The insightful sessions will provide actionable strategies to optimise the deployment of generative AI, enhancing workflows and decision-making and ensuring ethical practices in responsible implementation.

Join us to make AI-driven knowledge management and innovation more practical and impactful, and to further your organisational goals.

About MIKE

The Most Innovative Knowledge Enterprise (MIKE) Award is a global benchmarking study assessing effective knowledge management and innovative practices. Arup University and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University have co-organised the Hong Kong Regional MIKE award programme since 2018.

The MIKE Award builds on the original Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise (MAKE) Award as previously conducted by Teleos in 1998. Prestigious MAKE winners include Microsoft, Google, etc. All Hong Kong MIKE winners will enter the next round of assessment for the Global MIKE award along with other regional MIKE winners.
