Artificial Intelligence is entering a defining new phase. What began as experimentation with generative models has evolved into enterprise-wide transformation, with organisations now exploring agentic AI, autonomous systems, and advanced governance frameworks. As AI becomes more capable, connected, and embedded in daily operations, the question is no longer whether to adopt AI — but how to ensure it accelerates knowledge, strengthens governance, and sparks sustainable innovation. Under the theme “AI Evolution: Catalysing Knowledge Management and Transformative Innovation,” this Forum brings together leaders and experts to shape the next chapter of AI-enabled organisational excellence.
The annual Asian Knowledge and Innovation Forum (AKIF) provides a unique opportunity for management and organisational development professionals to share their knowledge, expertise and experience in employing innovative strategies to enhance knowledge sharing, learning and management.
The Hong Kong Most Innovative Knowledge Enterprise (MIKE) Award ceremony will also take place at this occasion. The award winners will share insights into their best practices in knowledge management.
The Most Innovative Knowledge Enterprise (MIKE) Award is a global benchmarking study assessing effective knowledge management and innovative practices. Arup University and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University have co-organised the Hong Kong Regional MIKE award programme since 2018.
The MIKE Award builds on the original Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise (MAKE) Award as previously conducted by Teleos in 1998. Prestigious MAKE winners include Microsoft, Google, etc. All Hong Kong MIKE winners will enter the next round of assessment for the Global MIKE award along with other regional MIKE winners.
